We have an open view policy where the vendor name is listed on this website. If you need to cancel and we are able to rent the table we will provide a refund.

Priority will be given to craft vendors. We will allow franchises but no more than one space for each franchise.

Fees:

Regular $50 Deluxe $95

Electricity $5 6 ft Table Rental $10

Returning vendors will have first option to reserve the table they previously rented.

Once a request is received for a table the Festival Coordinator will confirm via email the space number and cost.

The Vendor will have 1 week to send in payment and the space will be listed in Pending status. Spaces on the site will show status of Open, Pending, Reserved.

Vendors selling food items need to obtain a permit through the Lebanon Twp Board Of Health.

We will have student and parent volunteers available to help you throughout the event. They will be there for set up/clean up and will help you with your merchandise. You can purchase food to be delivered,

8 ft spaces with a 6 ft table with two chairs.

If you need electricity remember to bring an extension cord.

A wifi password will be provided.

Set up begins at 7 a.m. the day of the event. Vendors must l check in by 8:30 a.m.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Vendors must stay the entire time.

No music is allowed. We will be having student singers throughout the day in the entrance area and in the back room.

We ask you keep your area neat, pack bags, boxes used to bring in merchandise away during the event. You can not pack up until 3 p.m.
